In other words, this chicken geprek can be said to be a derivative of flour-coated fried chicken which then gets ‘treated’ after being fried. When ordering, the seller will take a previously fried chicken portion of your choice, whether it is a thigh, wing or chest from the rack.

After that, it will be crushed or smashed and then sprinkled with chili sauces mixed with spices on stone mortar with the level of spiciness as you desired ranging from 3 to 10 chilies. The price starts from around IDR 15,000 per portion or box to be taken away.
