Spring rolls are made from thin sheets of wheat flour dough used as a skin (wrapping) stuffing. For the stuffing, the maker then can use various ingredients according to taste such as eggs, fresh vegetables including sprouts and carrots, meat, shrimp or other similar ingredients.

To enjoy this snack, the seller will serve peanut sauce or tauco sauce mixed with chopped garlic, corn flour and some other spices. In addition, commonly the spring rolls are mixed with fried tempeh and tofu. Ohh…, do not forget to ask for green chili cut with scissors to spice up.
