One of the best ways to luxuriate in the beauty of the beach is to explore it and witness each of its uniqueness on a bicycle. You will not only exercise but also get relaxation.

Cycling on the beach across the sand is indeed a challenge. If the sand is wet, then the texture is dense, so it will be easier for you to pass and vice versa. So, you have to be strong to push the bike.

Every now and then, you might want to take a walk with your bike in order to interact with the wet sand or the foam of the small waves. So, if you cannot walk anymore, then get back on the bike and so forth.

More interestingly, you may combine it with seeing local people’s activities in the beach area.  If you do it in Bali, you may encounter some Hindu ritual activities on the beach. They may be post-cremation, melasti or melukat (purification) ceremonies. Besides, there are sometime fishermen and fish seekers in action on the beach or shellfish in shallow sea troughs.

In addition, you can also see the local coastal biodiversity if the sea water happens to be receding. By that way, the activity will certainly increase insight into the local beach and its wealth.

Finally, before going home, don’t forget to look for the location of pleasure related to eating and drinking. Certainly there are many traders ready to serve their special and superior delicacies. Well, happy riding bicycle and enjoy its special culinary offerings!
